langara ladies golf club

The Langara Ladies Golf Club is an active member of the Golf British Columbia (BCGA) and the Golf Canada (RCGA).

We meet every Tuesday during the defined playing season.  Our membership encourages each other to learn the Rules of Golf; challenge ourselves to participate in regional, provincial and national golf events; and to partake in club games and trophy competitions.

Our aim is to promote understanding and adherence to the Rules of Golf, and advocates fair play and friendship within the Club.

new free drop zones

As recommended by our course superintendent, Jeff McLean, the newly planted areas  on #5 right and #14 by the tee boxes, you are entitled to relief, 1 club length, without penalty.  This will be in force for 2014.

Please note: there is NO free relief from the tree area left of green #8.

divot mix bottles

Please help keep Langara beautiful.

New divot mix bottles will be available for us to repair through the fairways of our course during our weekly games.

join our club

Do you love the game of golf and find booking games and finding a foursome difficult?

Our Tuesday ladies league offers an ideal solution. As a member of our club, you have the privilege of a regularly scheduled morning tee-time and a game with three other friendly lady golfers.

Are you worried about a handicap or the rules of the game?

Our membership plays to a wide range of factors, and our ‘experienced’ players are eager to guide you through establishing a handicap and learning the rules of the game.

Langara has room for more members this year. Please print the application form and start the process for inclusion in the club this year.
